2. Request for Technical Check Registry
The Technical Report is the official document required to analyze and register your aircraft with the DGAC.
Section A: Technical Data
- Owner: Full name (DPI).
- Contact: Email and phone.
- Equipment: Brand, Model, Serial Number, Weight.
Literal C: Sworn Statement
- Details: Name, place, date and signature.
- Important: Verify the accuracy of the data.
✈️ Tourist Guide Temporary
Instructions for temporary authorization:
- Literal A: Personal data, passport copy, airline and dates.
- Literal B: Flight coordinates (Google Earth).
- Literal C: Equipment data and foreign registration (if applicable).
🏢 Companies and Special Operations Aerial Works
It applies to certified companies that wish to exceed the RAC 101 operating parameters and foreign companies for aerial work.

4. Obligations and Limitations Subpart E
Maximum Height
400 feet (120 meters) AGL.
Airfields
Min 5.5 km (3 NM) distance.
VLOS
Constant eye contact.
Crowds
Flying over people is prohibited.
Max Speed
Max 87 knots (160 km/h).
Physical Condition
Zero alcohol or drugs (8 hours).
Vehicles
Prohibited from moving cars.
Inspection
Mandatory pre-flight check.
